Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager for one of our reputed clients in the Information Technology sector. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Management, with a proven track record in software testing and a strong focus on delivering high-quality products.
The Test Manager will be responsible for leading the QA team, developing comprehensive testing strategies, overseeing test execution, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the QA team to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements.
- Oversee the execution of test plans and test case reviews.
- Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in automation testing frameworks.
